These Terms govern your use of XBurst, including the website, dashboard, APIs, and browser extension. By using XBurst, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, or security risk.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use XBurst only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Do not misuse automation, scrape protected resources, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without written permission.
• You are responsible for content you publish using XBurst outputs.

3. Plans and Billing

• Starter ($29/month): includes browser extension access, follower and unfollower tracking, advanced analytics, relationship intelligence, opportunity ranking, the ideas generator, 12 creators tracked, 25 opportunities per day, 100 AI requests per month, and 500 posts per month.
• Pro ($49/month): includes everything in Starter, with 30 creators tracked, 100 opportunities per day, 200 AI requests per month, and 1,000 posts per month.
• Growth ($99/month): includes everything in Pro, with 100 creators tracked, 500 opportunities per day, 500 AI requests per month, 2,000 posts per month, and priority support.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial where offered and renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Plans & Billing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing, features, and usage limits may be updated with notice.

4. Intellectual Property

XBurst branding, software, and content are owned by XBurst or licensors and protected by applicable laws.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be paused, or be removed as the product evolves.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses related to third-party platform changes or actions taken based on generated content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of XBurst after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
